BOXING (拳擊)

Boxing is a combat sport in which two boxers throw punches at each other. Boxing requires strength, speed, reflexes, endurance, and willpower. Our training will focus on punching technique, defense technique, footwork, boxing reflexes, and strategy. UNI HKU Run

This HKU Run Training aims to facilitate participants preparing for the long-distance race such as 10k; and 21k Half-Marathon in the Standard Chartered Marathon Race 2021-2022. It aims for improving participants’ knowledge in running drills, posture; techniques; endurance building-up; and running conditioning exercise in regular practice.

Several running drills and conditioning training exercise will be demonstrated.

It’s suitable for all beginners and intermediate level runners.
