BOXING

Boxing is a combat sport in which two boxers throw punches at each other. Boxing requires strength, speed, reflexes, endurance, and willpower. Our training will focus on punching technique, defense technique, footwork, boxing reflexes and strategy. The boxing workouts and exercises can help improving participants' muscle strength resulted with an enhanced overall athleticism and strong mind.

UNI HKU Run

UNI HKU Run aims to facilitate participants preparing for the long-distance race such as 10k and Half-Marathon in the Standard Chartered Marathon Race which will be held on 24 October 2021. It aims for enhancing participants’ knowledge in running drills, posture, techniques, endurance build-up and conditioning exercise for long-distance running.

Several running drills and conditioning training exercise will be demonstrated.

It is suitable for all beginners and intermediate level runners.
