Yoga and stretching for Faculty of Law Staff & Students

Proper Yoga and stretching exercise could alleviate stress and muscle soreness, and help on prevention of injury for over-used muscle groups of individual. It’s the First batch of Uni-Sports Programme Yoga courses to be conducted in HKU Faculty of Law in main campus; it would be more convenient to students and faculty members attending the Yoga class whist saving a lot of time for travelling to Sports Centre.
